01How is the taxi fare calculated?
One-way and round-trip fares are per kilometre travelled, based on the vehicle you choose. Rentals are charged per day or per hour. Minimum billing is 130 km one way and 250 km per day for round trips, and a driver allowance of ₹400–₹500 per day is added. Toll, parking and interstate permit charges are not included in the per-km rate; they are paid at actuals.
02What is the cheapest vehicle?
The Sedan is the most affordable: ₹15/km one way and ₹14/km round trip.
03What is included in a rental?
Rentals include the car, a professional driver and fuel for the package. The hours and kilometres included are confirmed when you book.
04Is the fare per person?
No. All fares are per vehicle, not per passenger.
05What is your cancellation policy?
As per our terms: free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup, 20% charge within 12–24 hours, 50% within 4–12 hours, and 100% for no-shows or cancellations within 4 hours of pickup.
